These Terms and Conditions govern all appointments, services, vehicle sales, and transactions provided by Sipson Cars Limited. By arranging an appointment or engaging with the services of Sipson Cars Limited, all parties acknowledge and accept these Terms.

1. Appointment-Only Basis

1.1. Sipson Cars Limited operates strictly on an appointment-only basis.
1.2. Appointments must be arranged in advance by contacting Sipson Cars Limited directly via telephone or by submitting an enquiry through the official email address.
1.3. Walk-in visits are not permitted under any circumstances.

2. Booking Policy

2.1. Appointments are offered free of charge, and no payment is required at the time of booking.
2.2. Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided when requesting an appointment.
2.3. Sipson Cars Limited reserves the right to confirm, reschedule, or cancel any appointment at its discretion.
2.4. Customers who are unable to attend an appointment are requested to provide reasonable notice of cancellation.
2.5. Repeated non-attendance without notice may result in restriction of future booking privileges.

3. Vehicle Availability

3.1. All vehicles are subject to availability at the time of the appointment.
3.2. Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a specific vehicle will be available at the time of the visit. Vehicle availability can only be guaranteed if the vehicle is explicitly reserved in writing by Sipson Cars Limited.
3.3. Vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Test Drives

4.1. Test drives are offered solely at the discretion of Sipson Cars Limited and are subject to the presentation of a valid driving licence.
4.2. All instructions issued by Sipson Cars Limited representatives during a test drive must be strictly followed.
4.3. Sipson Cars Limited reserves the right to decline a test drive if safety, legal, or operational concerns exist.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1. All vehicles sold by Sipson Cars Limited include a three-month standard warranty covering major mechanical and drivetrain components.
5.2. The warranty may be extended by the customer for a period of up to twelve months, subject to additional cost and the terms of the extended warranty agreement.
5.3. The standard warranty does not cover:

• Routine wear and tear

• Consumable parts including tyres, brakes, bulbs, and batteries

• Cosmetic or non-essential items

• Damage arising from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  5.4. Except as expressly provided in the applicable warranty, Sipson Cars Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising in connection with the use of its vehicles or services.

6. Customer Obligations

6.1. All legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the purchase, registration, and use of a vehicle remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
6.2. Misuse of the appointment process, including repeated non-attendance, may result in refusal of future services.

7. Data Protection

7.1. Personal data provided through telephone or email enquiries will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2. Such data will only be used for the purposes of managing appointments, providing services, and complying with legal obligations.

8. Amendments

8.1. Sipson Cars Limited reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
8.2. Any amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication on the official website or upon notification to customers.
8.3. Continued engagement with the services of Sipson Cars Limited following any amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
